Indications: Ibuprofen, Paracetamoltemporarily relieves cold, sinusitis and flu symptoms as nasal and sinus congestion, stuffy nose, headache, sore throat, minor body aches, pains, and fever. Painful inflammatory and degenerative forms of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and spondyloarthritis. Non-articular rheumatism. Acute attacks of gouty arthritis. Painful inflammatory gynecological conditions as dysmenorrhea and pelvic inflammatory diseases. Sciatica, lumbago, neuralgia and muscle cramps. |

Contraindications: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol is contraindicated in patients who have shown hypersensitivity to it. Ibuprofen, Paracetamolshould not be given to patients in whom aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs induce hypersensitivity reactions. Active peptic ulceration or history of recurrent peptic ulceration. History of bronchial asthma. |

Adverse reactions: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol is a highly tolerated drug with no significant change in hemogram or liver and kidney function tests. Generally the reported side effects were mild and transient in the form of digestive disorders as gastric pain, nausea and vomiting. |

Interactions: Corticosteroids: increase risk of GIT bleeding. Anticoagulants: Enhanced anticoagulant effects. |

Warnings: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol is highly protein-bound and might necessitate dosage adjustments if administrated concomitantly with protein bound drugs. |
