Antitussive, expectorant and antihistamine. Relieves coughs and clears the airways. It is useful in respiratory allergic manifestations such as seasonal rhinitis and vasomotor rhinitis.
Syrup should not be administered to children under 4 years. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any component of the formula. Not be used in patients with gastritis or active peptic ulcer, chronic cough, asthma or productive cough or persons who are being treated with MAO inhibitors. Not to be used tranquillizers.
