Those of parenteral nutrition, or combined with total enteral nutrition when oral feeding is impossible or insufficient. Aminomix 2 is more perfectly suited to parenteral nutrition in patients with moderate and catabolic nitrogen savings plans.
New-born premature. - Infant. Due to the lack of data, it is preferable not to administer two Aminomix whatsoever during pregnancy or during breastfeeding. RECOMMENDED: The administration of carbohydrate is recommended in cases of lactic acidosis.

DO NOT USE BY PERIPHERAL VEIN. PRECAUTIONS: - Comply with a slow infusion rate (0.8 to 1.7 ml / minute) because of the risk of developing osmotic diuresis and renal loss of amino acids. - Monitoring of fluid and electrolyte balance and serum osmolarity. - Enhanced surveillance in case of: . disorders of metabolism of amino acids, . severe liver failure, . decompensated heart failure and sodium and water inflation, . renal failure . hyperkalemia . metabolic acidosis (the administration of carbohydrates is recommended in cases of lactic acidosis), . diabetes monitor blood sugar, glycosuria, acetonuria and possibly adjust the dosage of insulin. - In case of addition of electrolytes in the presence of lipid emulsion, the stability of the mixture is kept provided they do not add a concentration of divalent cations (Mg + +, Ca + +): . greater than 10.8 mmol / L if we add an injectable emulsion of soybean oil, phosphatide and glycerol; . than 5 mmol / L in the presence of other lipid emulsions.
