The active ingredient of this preparation is a water-soluble derivatives prednisolon. Its anti-inflammatory effects hydrocortison four times more powerful. After intravenous injection, active drug prednisolon strong. Using injections of corn, the effect developed more slowlyFirst is the acute syndrome, which required glycocorticoid injection therapy: shock after burns, trauma, surgery or infection. Shock phase myocardial infarction. Severe allergic reaction, anaphylaxis, shock due to blood transfusion, acute asthma, severe hypersensitivity to the drug. Development Status poisoning as a result of infectious diseases (prolonged corticoid use under the protection of appropriate antibiotic). Adrenal impairment level (eg acute Addison, Waterhouse-Fridrichsen syndrome). Preventive treatment or low pressure during anesthesia for patients with chronic adrenal failure caused by prolonged treatment with steroids. Hepatic coma.

During immunization vaccine. Duodenal ulcer. Osteoporosis. Cushing’s syndrome. Tendency to thrombosis. Renal failure. High blood pressure. Herpes simplex. Chickenpox. Lao progress. In latent TB, this medicine is used together with drug-resistant tuberculosis. In diabetes, the drug is used only in cases specified in absolute or to reserve insulin resistance. In infectious diseases, drugs must be used with caution with use of chemotherapy and specific antibiotic therapy. Glycocorticoid relatively contraindicated use during pregnancy, especially during the first 3 months, because it can harm the fetus, the ratio of profit / loss should be considered.

Adverse reactions:

When intramuscularly, sensitive spot (transient pain) and infiltration can occur. When long-term treatment, resistance to bacterial reduction, high blood pressure, glucose, urine, blood potassium decreased, negative nitrogen balance (catabolism), shell adrenal failure, osteoporosis can occur. Increased acid secretion, ulcer.

Contraindications coordinate: The gas used drugs to enhance sympathetic children with asthma (risk of respiratory paralysis). Should not be combined: Addison barbiturates to patients (which can lead to acute). Caution in combination: Cardiac glycoside assistance (increase each other’s effects). Anti-drinking type of diabetes (blood glucose lowering risk). Anticoagulants (increased anticoagulant effect). Salicylate (salicylate plasma concentrations can be reduced, increasing the risk of unwanted effects, such as bleeding). Barbiturate (corticoid effects can be reduced). Diuretics (decreased blood potassium). Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (risk of gastrointestinal bleeding).

In cases of danger to life, if possible, intravenousIf long-term treatment, compensation is absolutely required potassium, to prevent hypoglycemia can have high blood potassium. To prevent risk of degeneration and osteoporosis, should be used concurrently with Nerobol (Neroboletta). During treatment, so regular blood pressure, urine testing, and distributed as needed. Treatment period ends, to reduce the dose gradually. Should adjust the dose of anti-diabetic drugs (type of drink) and anticoagulants used during corticoid. If used concurrently with diuretics, must check the internal electrolyte balance each (offset potassium). Should adjust the dose of anti-diabetic drugs (type of drink) and anticoagulants used during corticoid. In the case of salicylates concomitantly with, should reduce both doses (low doses of corticoids to reduce the concentration of salicylate to the lower level).
